About AI Muhaseb

AI Muhaseb is a UAE-focused, AI-enabled accounting and finance platform. We help businesses across the Emirates with accounting and bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax and finance services — combining FTA-compliant software with a team of specialists and an AI assistant that helps founders understand their numbers.

About the role

You will build across the stack — the React app, the accounting engine, Supabase/Postgres data model, and the AI assistant. You care about correctness (this is financial data), performance, and shipping quickly without breaking trust.

Responsibilities

• Build features across the React front end and the data/back end
• Work on the ledger/accounting engine and reporting
• Contribute to the AI assistant and its tool/query layer
• Write correct, well-tested code around financial data
• Care for performance, security and multi-tenant isolation

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack development
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and React
• Solid SQL / relational database skills (Postgres a plus)
• Care for correctness, testing and security
• Able to work independently in a small team

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Supabase / Postgres RLS
• Experience with fintech, accounting or other correctness-critical systems
• Experience integrating LLMs / AI features
